Return Policy

Exchanges and returns can be made if your unworn item(s) are sent back within 7 days of your delivery date. To make an exchange or return please email contact@jaredellner.com with your name and order number. Your return shipment will not be paid for.

Refunds

If your return is received in accordance with our policy, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Exceptions and issues

In the event that there is a mistake with your order or you receive item(s) that are damaged or defective, please email contact@jaredellner.com and we will happily help you.

Payments

We accept all major credit cards; however, we do not accept personal checks, prepaid debit cards, or money orders. For express checkout, we offer Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Shop Pay, Afterpay, Amazon Pay, and on mobile.

Afterpay is a shop now and pay in 4 interest-free payments service. Your order will ship as noted above but your purchase price will be split into 4 payments, payable every 2 weeks. Please see the Afterpay site for more information.
